The most common hardwood plywood is birch plywood .Birch plywood is used as structural components in unique applications, such as windmill blades and insulation boxes for liquefied natural gas (LNG) transport ships

Hardwood Plywood has tropical hardwood surface veneers with beautiful grains and textures . Hardwood plywood includes hardwood throughout plywood and hardwood faced plywood. Chinese Hardwood plywood sheets is competitive but has excellent strength, stiffness and resistance.

The hardwood surfaces include Okoume, Mahogany, Bintangor,Ash, Beech, Oak, Teak, Walnut,etc.
(2)hardwood plywood grades
We offer all kinds of hardwood plywood grades: B/B grade, B/BB grade, BB/CC grade, DBB/CC grade, C+/C grade, C/D grade, D/E grade, E/F grade, Packing grade .  Some customers refer A/A grade and A/B grade for fancy plywood.
(3). Core species for hardwood plywood
The core include not only hardwood species , but also softwood species. The core include: hardwood, Eucalyptus, Combi, poplar, birch, pine and other species.
We usually use Eucalyptus core veneers for hardwood plywood . In China, Eucalyptus is the main red color hardwood species which can be used for plywood production .
The density of Eucalyptus is high . When cutting Eucalyptus plywood, the edges of plywood will be burnt to dark color because of high temperature of cutting knives .
(4). Glue for hardwood plywood
Available adhesives: MR glue, WBP(melamine), WBP(phenolic).
You also can choose the Formaldehyde emission rate of the plywood as : CARB Phase 2 ,  E0,  E1 glue, E2 glue . CARB P2 and E0 become more popular because people cares more about their healthy environment and interior air pollution .
