Melamine plywood making process : firstly , make multi-layer plywood, then stack melamine impregnated paper on the thin wood and send it into a hot press. The pressure of the hot press is controlled at 10-20KPa, and the initial temperature is 40-50 degrees Celsius. After about 15 minutes of heating, it rises to 100-160 degrees Celsius. After insulation for 5-10 minutes, it gradually cools down to 40-50 degrees Celsius. Then, after coating, forming, cold pressing, and hot pressing processes, the thin wood is composite on the multi-layer plywood, which is not prone to moisture expansion and has a long service life.
